- I don't need to look at the traffic analysis because I can see the orders coming in
- I don't need to pay someone to optimise my site because my brother has a friend at college who knows about meta tags
- I am top of Google for best phrase in my sector but I get few conversions, I must be too dear so I will drop my price
- my basket checkout stage must be fine as it is the default so everyone must be using it
- I don't need a returns policy or need to know about distance selling regulations because I have terms and condtions on the back of my invoices
- I don't need a corporate image because I sell on ebay
